By downloading, installing, or using StreakFuel AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreakFuel AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

StreakFuel AI is a habit-tracking and personal development application that provides daily tasks, streak mechanics, AI coaching, and structured programs to help users build discipline and positive habits.

3. Account Registration

You may register using your email (OTP), Google account, or Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• StreakFuel AI offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Premium and Premium Plus), monthly or annual.
• Payments are processed through Google Play and Apple App Store via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds follow the policies of Google Play and Apple App Store.

5. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Premium features. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Only one free trial per user is permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App, use bots or scripts, or transfer your account to another person.

7. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Coach provides general habit and productivity guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials within the App are the intellectual property of StreakFuel AI. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our explicit written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting loading....

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreakFuel AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
